For over 20 years I have worked with adults with a wide range of concerns including
• addictions (drug, alcohol, gambling, eating, shopping and hoarding),
• depression, anxiety, PTSD, Trauma
• relationship issues, and career challenges

What can you expect? I use a client-centered approach (meaning I believe YOU are the expert on you) as well as proven methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I believe this to be the best approach since many people combat difficult emotional problems every day. Therefore, my approach is empowering people and helping them gain control of their life path.

My counseling style is non-judgmental, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
