I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience. I hold a Masters in Counseling with certifications in School Counseling and Substance Awareness Counseling. I have worked in both school and community settings, with a special focus on pre-adolescent and adolescent populations. My areas of expertise include Stress and Anxiety Management, ADHD, building organizational skills, drug/alcohol prevention, and trauma-related counseling.

My counseling style is warm and inviting. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I often utilize a person-centered approach with brief solution-focused and cognitive behavior strategies. I will guide our treatment plan to meet your specific needs in reaching your goals.
