Welcome to Find A Therapist. My name is Tiffany and I am a professional counselor licensed in Texas. I have five years of experience working with students and families in the school setting with a wide range of concerns including depression, stress and anxiety, motivation, problems with relationships, school issues, and parenting concerns.

I provide a relaxed environment and safe space along with a counseling style that is warm and interactive. I consider myself to be open minded and supportive. I have experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and believe in treating all people with respect and compassion. My therapeutic approach combines Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. As a Client-Centered Therapist I believe that you are the expert of you and through the therapeutic alliance, we will work towards personal growth and healing through whatever challenges you may face. Whether though learning new coping skills, improving your ability to manage and solve conflicts, or maintaining quality relationships, I believe you can reach your fullest potential.
