I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with 15 years of experience in mental health and counseling. I really enjoy working with people who are invested in making changes in their life. I have worked in a variety of settings and with an array of clients. Much of my experience has centered around the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, but I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and family-relationship issues. I also have experience with professional career coaching.

You might just need a little help, or you might be going through the hardest thing you've ever experienced. Wherever you're at in life, I want to help. While empathetic and gentle, my approach to therapy is quite practical and straightforward. I help to challenge my clients in their thoughts, ideas, and behaviors with the goal of facilitating real and lasting change. I believe that every person has the right to be happy and to see their dreams come true, and I am hopeful that therapy can be a tool that will help you in that journey. I want you to know I am not here to judge you or to tell you what to do; I have a deep respect for people and their individual experiences. I am here to talk with you, guide you, give perspective, and help you achieve YOUR goals. Therapy isn’t always easy, but the more you are willing to be open and honest not just with me, but with yourself, will make all the difference in what you get out of it. I may challenge you at times, but I will put into therapy as much as you do.
