About

I'm Tiffany Goodsite-Kelii, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, here to guide you through life's most complex and difficult matters. I deeply care about my clients' well-being and guarantee top of the line counseling and therapeutic services catered to your needs. Since 2008, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. Client well-being is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help you through all your obstacles. My approach I implement effective psychotherapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-focused, and person centered approach to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. My focus I have a history of working with teenagers, adults, and couples. Conditions include anxiety, addiction, depression, mood disorders, anger and impulsivity, borderline personality disorder, trauma, grief/loss. My communication style I use active and reflective listening as well as motivational interviewing to assist with change. I will make observations and discuss changes seen in session with the client. I am empathetic to others and provide a calm space when client's feel their life is in chaos. When appropriate, I will push client's to dig deeper and explore issues that may be keeping them stuck while overall providing a supportive environment to allow for feeling safe in processing vulnerabilities. My journey to therapy What attracted me to a career as a therapist is seeing the ability people have to change their way of thinking, find their worth, and find happiness and purpose in their life when given the support and tools they need to process traumas and life challenges. What continues to drive me to do this work is to be able to help client's understand that they can work through difficult periods in life and find their meaning.
