Hello, I am so happy you are here! My name is Tiffany De La Riva and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I specialize in supporting others' experiencing. My ideal client is someone who is ready and willing to participate in therapy as they are. In order to address underlying issues it is important that we be our most authentic selves. I have 6 years of experience working with teenagers and adults experiencing life transitions, grief, anxiety, childhood trauma, and relationship issues. Reaching out for help when experiencing life's lows can be very difficult as oftentimes we may not want others to know of our challenges, worries, and fears; however, as scary as it may be, it is so necessary as everyone deserves to feel heard and understood.
