About

How would you describe yourself? Do the words that come out of your mouth when asked “so tell me about yourself” reflect all of your greater aspects or are the waters so murky that you can only see everything negative? Whether positive or negative, we are who we SAY we are, we become what we CHOOSE to speak into the atmosphere, and the US that we present in that atmosphere is our overall SELF-ESTEEM. Self-esteem is defined as “one’s overall sense of personal value and self-worth.” Healthy self-esteem matters because it’s essential for motivation, which increases one’s success, which ultimately improves one’s overall mental health.

As a licensed professional counselor, I have over 3 years of experience specializing in helping others overcome irrational beliefs that continue to stop the evolution of change within them. My main focus is on how adults allow debilitating thoughts to control their behaviors, adding to their existing impostor syndrome. I utilize various treatment methods to help my clients change how they manifest their lives by speaking clarity into their future. I am also currently taking classes to become a certified life coach.

I must stress that I am not your "normal" therapist. I am an individual. A woman. A human. And because I never forget that I am these things FIRST, I believe I am a more well-rounded, much more grounded therapist. I am not above you....I am with you. So if you're finally ready for change, then let's make this happen....together.
