I’m Tiffany, a therapist, and wellness coach and I want to say I’ve been there, I understand and get it! I have dealt with some heavy challenges myself. There have been times when I have felt anxious, lost, uncertain, and confused. As a result of my own healing journey, I have learned how to embrace myself, speak my truth, and find a sense of calm. My life was transformed, healed, and changed because of what I learned during my journey of personal growth. If my younger self saw me today she would be in awe and so should yours. I want to teach you the skills and resources I’ve learned so you can have a similar story and step into your happiness. I love working with individuals who’ve struggled with empowerment after trauma, and who feel anxious, depressed, lost, stuck, and unsure of where to go. And those who just need a listening ear, extra support, or have been presented with a situation outside of their control. It has become my passion to help others reclaim their lives, find their purpose, uncover their true selves, and live a more complete, happy, and healthy life.
