I’m a full-time Holistic Therapist, a licensed independent clinical social worker working as a trauma specialist throughout Massachusetts and North Carolina. Trained and practiced in various modalities of therapy and bodywork. I like to think of myself as a guide in someone's process of transformation. I have expertise but I am NOT the expert on my client's journey. They are! We live in a post-pandemic era where the effects of consumerism, climate change and global capitalism have effectively changed the way we live. It will continue to do so. Often so many live in fear of the future or are haunted by their past.  What if there was another way? What if we could start living from our core values & honor our deepest desires? Imagine what life could feel like when connected to ourselves & those around us in an authentic way. I passionately believe in the power of the mind & body to heal through an intimate rapport with each client, exploration of one’s story, environment and needs a plan of health and wellness is co-created to begin one’s healing journey.
