I have worked as a marriage and family therapist for over 10 years. In this time, I have married, become a stepparent, and welcomed a biological child of my own- quite a few changes! I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families spanning all ages. I deeply value the opportunity to work with clients during some of the most challenging and triumphant parts of life. I believe in using client-centered, strengths-based approaches, with a trauma-informed lens, to assist clients with the journey towards insight and healing.
