As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have 15 years of experience helping couples find spontaneity in their relationships again, supporting folks who want to manage anxiety before it has a chance to take over, and assisting families who may be coping with major life changes. As the spouse of a Desert Storm Veteran in long term recovery from addiction and PTSD, I support civilian and military families. With nine adult children and fifteen grandchildren between us, we’ve weathered all the challenges blended families bring.
