Hello and welcome. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Texas with over 5 years of experience as a counselor. I have worked with a very diverse population of clients with various types of concerns to include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, family and marital problems, and career and educational difficulties.

My counseling style is completely client centered and focused. I believe in building a supportive therapeutic relationship that will aid you in following your path toward change. My approach includes finding the best counseling style for you, and may include cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and rational-emotive behavioral therapy. Determining the best approach for you as an individual will be my goal.
