Hello,

I'm Tiffani, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. I have had the privilege of practicing individual/group therapy relating to anger management, depression, stress & anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues and life challenges; with individuals, couples, teens and families over the past 10 years. I specialize in supportive, client-centered, and strengths-based therapies; as these modalities allow you to emphasize self-determination and inner strength.

I like to create a confidential and comfortable space where you can be your authentic self. Therapy is a place to slow down, process and address issues to enhance a sense of hope and peace. My goal is that your motivation, along with our collaboration will open the door for us to work towards a greater you. While working with you, I will strive to provide quality care, as well as build a trusting and professional relationship. I feel it is important to create an environment that welcomes you to say what’s on your mind with no censor. When you work with me there is respect, encouragement, warmth, active/reflective listening, validation, normalization and no judgment.
