Tiffani Dilworth a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in anxiety, sexual trauma, and grief. As a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, she works with adults and couples who are experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, working through the impact of trauma, infidelity, communication skills, setting boundaries, conflict resolution and difficulty adjusting to life's changes.

Tiffani received her MA in Community Counseling from Oklahoma State University and has ongoing opportunities to collaborate with other nonprofit organizations that support men, woman, and youth who've experienced sexual abuse and grief. Tiffani is a motivated individual who's always striving to find innovative ways to bring support and insight to her clients. She's the author of 11 Tools to Help Manage the Aftermath of Trauma and the author of Types of Grief which can be purchased on Amazon and Lulu.
