Welcome! My name is Dr. Tiffanay Perry, I have a doctorate from Loma Linda University and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have been practicing in the mental health profession for over 5 years and have experience in counseling clients from various cultural and spiritual backgrounds, with a wide range of challenging issues and concerns.

I recognize that seeking help takes a great deal of courage and strength. Everyone experiences those times in life when we're not really sure how to proceed or move forward from a challenging situation, but those vulnerable enough to reach out for support exhibit a unique courage and strength. My desire is to come along side you during those challenging life moments and assist you in the process; with the ultimate goal of providing you with some healing and personal growth.

My professional manner is one that supports and provides a safe and collaborative atmosphere where individuals can genuinely explore and work through life's persisting challenges. During our time together it is my hope that, together, we can bring awareness to your strengths and help you set goals to develop the life you envision for yourself. I strive to create a safe space that allows room for your culture, spiritual beliefs and values to be heard and taken into account as we work side by side to develop your goals and discover solutions to your current problems. Ultimately, I'd love to see you get back to the root of who you are in order to become who you want to be.
