I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the mental health field. I have worked as a therapist in various work settings and with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups. My expertise lies in providing ethical and culturally competent psychotherapy. I have worked with individuals that were impacted by substance use disorders, psychiatric disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, life adjustment issues, relationship issues, as well as many other mental health and behavioral health concerns. I have experience providing trauma informed care to survivors of sexual, physical, and/or emotional abuse. I am also trained to provide clinical rehabilitation counseling and career counseling to individuals seeking employment and educational opportunities. In life and in therapy sessions, I believe that individuals deserve to be treated with kindness, respect and dignity. I will use therapy as a collaborative tool to empower and motivate you to take control of your life and stand in your truth and power.
