I am a Marriage and Family Counselor that is presently licensed in Mississippi and Pennsylvania. I have roughly 7 years of experience in the mental health field that ranges from inpatient to community mental health to private practice. This has allowed me to work with a variety of situations that individuals face in their daily lives.

My counseling style tends to be geared towards welcoming and making clients feel at ease. This way, you feel comfortable and therapy does not come across as being a scary unknown. Counseling modalities that I utilize include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Gestalt, Person-Centered, and a few others. Recently, I finished a class on implementing the use of Family Systems Trauma (FST) by Dr. Scott Sells and am presently working towards certification in FST.

My ultimate goal is to help you reach a healthier version of yourself and not feel guilty for what you are facing.
