I am licensed in New Jersey with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression and many other issues. Sometimes the counseling process may go quickly and at other times it may seem less so. The length of your counseling mainly depends on how hard the client is willing to work on his/her issues. It also is related to whether the you have accomplished your goals.
