I have over 25 years of clinical experience working with adults with a variety of emotional and psychological issues. I studied Heart Centered Hypnotherapy at the Wellness Institute in Seattle Washington. I have also studied Holographic Memory Resolution and am certified as a Cognitive Behavorial Therapist. I continue to study Intregral Breathwork to enhance my therapy skills.

I guide individuals in exploring their inner potential to heal themselves from emotional distress such as depression, anxiety and trauma. Together we will work to resolve emotional and psychological issues that contribute to unhealthy and undesirable life experiences.
