Hello, my name is Tom. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of professional experience. I am licensed in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Texas. I am a strengths-based therapist who has had some of the similar life experiences as the resilient people I am humbled to have helped over the years. A few of the things I specialize in are dealing with is stress and anxiety, coping with depression, addressing addiction, overcoming trauma and abuse, overcoming difficult life events, family issues, marital concerns, sexual behaviors, improving motivation, building self-esteem, and boosting confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your life and that you already have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the situations that challenge you. My goal is to help you identify these strengths and support you through this process, while redefining yourself and getting your life back. I provide a non-judgmental and safe outlet where you will be able to share what you are going through.
