If you are struggling with the everyday stressors, anxiety, and/or moods then I am able to help you explore these difficulties and better help you to manage life. I am equipped to assist you to access better tools to thrive from day to day. I have over twenty-two years of licensed counseling experience. I am prepared to assist you in the areas of addiction, mood and anxiety disorders. I am further trained as a Clinical Pastoral Counselor. I am willing and able to address faith and spiritual issues as you would desire. I have worked many years within secular contexts so I will only address these issues as you request. I attempt to be accepting and nonjudgmental towards everyone.
