About

I am a licensed mental health counselor and board-certified music therapist with over 15 years of experience. I am also a clinical specialist with those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, Autism, Bi-polar Disorder and ADHD. I also specialize in helping those dealing with grief and loss from the death of a loved one.
My therapy style is open, caring, positive and meeting clients where they are. I believe in treating people with the utmost respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and offering unconditional positive regard. My approach combines person centered, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, eclectic, and family system philosophies. I combine empathy with a solution based approach and I will tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
