Life brings many challenges. Possibly, you are feeling out of balance with the pressures of work and/or personal relationships. Maybe, anxiety and stress are causing you to lose sleep, feel depressed or act out with excessive behaviors; such as drinking too much, overeating, or experiencing, repetitive, self-defeating thoughts. You may be struggling to manage or stop some behavior that is creating shame, guilt, or ongoing regret. With 16 years of clinical experience, specializing in trauma/ PTSD, addictions, relationships and other life transitions, I support clients through a Holistic approach toward personal healing. Traditional methods are also available, such as CBT, DBT, Rational-Emotive Therapy, and Solution-Focused. In addition to individual sessions, I also provide services for the following evaluations; Anger Management, Court Ordered LADC and/or Mental Health Evaluations, and Anger Management 10-week course.
