I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 20 years of experience providing direct care in the field of mental health including inpatient, outpatient, day programs, emergency room crisis intervention, and private practice. I have also worked in Correctional Treatment facilities as well as local hospitals and outpatient clinics. I specialize in working with adults experiencing varying degrees of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other mood disorders.

I am a Baltimore native and completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Towson University. I greatly value my family and friends and love to travel when time permits.

I use supportive, insight-oriented and cognitive techniques in order to help my clients identify the source of their dissatisfaction, and begin to pursue a more fulfilling life.
