I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I have 16 years experience in the mental health field. I work with client's with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. I had worked in a military clinic with Traumatic Brain Injury clients addressing mental health issues resulting from war zone experiences. I facilitate a PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) group. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work and my treatment approach is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which is an evidenced based approach, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, FFTT (Forward Facing Trauma Therapy) and Mindfulness for mental Health issues and other treatment modalities when needed.

I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment while maintaining confidential information for clients. I believe treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, compassion and empathy is vitality important. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet with your unique and specific needs.
