I have a master's degree in counseling from Webster University and am a licensed professional therapist. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families for over 10 years, treating stress, anxiety, grief, parenting issues, depression, and issues around life changes. I am an empty nester with an adult son who inspires me to change the world daily, one person at a time. I have two active cats who love cuddles and belly rubs. I enjoy watching HGTV, hiking, and spending quality time with my significant other and friends.
