I have been a licensed Social Worker providing individual, couples, and group therapy since 2011. I have spent much of my career working with individuals impacted by trauma and am well versed in EMDR, prolonged exposure, and cognitive processing theory. I branched out in 2018 and began being broader in scope to include depression, anxiety, some OCD, life and career coaching, and supportive therapy. I enjoy working with individuals on formulating goals and working to move from where they are to where they want to be. I provide services in several modes of therapy and continue to work on broadening my “toolbox” to include additional methods. I am a firm believer in working between sessions when safe. I look forward to working together and building on your confidence and skills to manage your thoughts and emotions.
