I am a professional counselor licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and have been working in the counseling field for close to 20 years. My approach to counseling is warm and engaging, providing a safe place for clients to express themselves and their feelings without judgment or criticism. I have years of experience working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, parenting issues, OCD and ADHD, trauma and abuse, RAD and personality disorders. I have found that Cognitive-Behavioral counseling in conjunction with Solution-Based and Client-Centered approaches work effectively and efficiently with clients who are looking for short-term counseling to help get their life back on track.
