Hi there, I'm Theresa (Lynette)! The past 3 years have taken a toll on the human population. So many of us have been isolated with and without support for our mental well-being. Many of our relationships with our family, friends, and coworkers have suffered during this time. Also, self-care became a challenge during this period of isolation.
