I have a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling/Mental Health from The University of Phoenix and have a Hypnotherapy Certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. I have in-depth experience in anxiety, depression, trauma, and SMI diagnoses. I also have on staff a Licensed Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She works evenings and Saturdays and is certified in EMDR. What is your approach to therapy? My treatment approach is person centered. I believe the approach must be tailored to each individual and for this reason, various treatment modalities are used including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, evidenced-based and hypnotherapy. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal is for every person to leave the session knowing they were heard and affirmed.
