I offer a unique therapeutic approach that combines cutting-edge, evidenced-based protocols with advanced and very effective holistic healing practices. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy. Every person I encounter I strive to empower the client in to discover their strengths to engage in a transformational healing process. I listen to clients' needs and believe working as a team to develop a treatment approach that aligns with your treatment goal is imperative to help you achieve your treatment goals. If you are having difficulties with anxiety, depression, life stressors, or grief you have the strength to overcome these issues. I am dedicated to helping you regain your strengths and achieve the life goals you desire.
