As a therapist, I incorporate different approaches which address a variety of mental health issues. I have an unwavering belief that you can experience change based on your needs and goals. My specialties are relationships with family and other significant folks - such a crucial part of our lives. I also can address trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression and the fluctuations of our mood and emotions. I am always open to discussions of gender identity and sexual identity.
