I believe many people are combating difficult emotional problems everyday without much support for many reasons. As I can understand how seeking help can be intimidating, it is my professional and personal goal to always strive to offer my clients a warm, empathic, and safe place to address their challenges. If you are struggling with a particular issue, or simply looking for a safe place to express yourself, I'm excited to begin the process with you.

I am a clinical psychologist who is licensed in Wisconsin. I joined the Find A Therapist team because I have always believed that mental health services are more effective in a range of formats, and in a manner that makes them accessible anytime and anywhere. As a millennial, I understand the importance that technology plays in one's life and how teletherapy is more convenient and comfortable for many people. My areas of expertise include anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, sexual problems, and mood disorders. I am also passionate to serve those whose trauma has affected their lives in many ways and work with you to empower yourself and gain control of your life path. Additionally, as an immigrant who moved to the US at a young age, I also hope to work with individuals struggling to identify their cultural identity and navigate complex intergenerational trauma and multicultural issues. I am bilingual in Vietnamese and English and can provide therapy in both languages. I utilize a client-centered approach (meaning that YOU are the expert on you) that will allow you to identify your own strengths and resources, as well as cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches.
