I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, with experience in but not limited to, crisis management, parenting, relationship challenges, emotional distress, life transitions, and stress. I empower individuals to overcome obstacles, whether personal or professional. I've worked and continue to work with teens experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, problems with social media, and academic issues. I realize one approach isn't right for everyone and through my work with over 100 individuals and their families, I understand how to meet you where you are.
