About

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), my approach is to create a safe, supportive, empathetic, nonjudgmental and understanding space for my clients to navigate through various life challenges, heal and grow during open and honest communication. My counseling modalities include: the person-centered approach, cognitive behavior, strength based-solution focused techniques and reality therapy. My experience consists of, but is not limited to working with college students, individuals with disabilities, and couples. I have experienced successes in my practice dealing with stress, adjustment, identity, anxiety, depression, marital issues, grief, and anger.
