I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Maryland with over 12 years of experience working in the field of mental/behavioral health. I have worked with a diversity of clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship/ family issues, academic and career challenges, and related life events. I have also provided supportive counseling to individuals with work-related and work-impacting stressors.

My therapy style is open, interactive, and solution focused. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. The basis of my approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy.
