I am licensed in Texas with over 10 years of professional counseling experience. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and trained with Gottman Couples Counseling Level 3. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment to empower change in lives. I believe counseling is a collaborative process to guide you on the journey of positive change and new directions. I utilize multiple counseling modalities to enhance your therapy experience such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, and Person Center Counseling to give you tools to empower life changes.
