Reaching out to a counselor can be scary for most. It takes a lot of courage to share and trust someone with your most intimate issues. Most people simply want to be heard, validated, and not judged, while working through their challenges. I pride myself on listening and being a guiding force to help individuals and families get to a healthy space. I begin where you are and tailor my treatment approach to your needs. I aim to help you arrive at insight and strategies needed to make the necessary changes in your life. I am interactive in that I like to provide you with immediate and long term tools to make positive life long changes.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana. I received my Masters of Social Work degree from Southern University at New Orleans. I am supportive, honest, nonjudgmental, and direct. My clients seem to like this approach! It would be a privilege to undergo your counseling journey with you.
