My name is Terrini Woods and I am SO excited you choose me to share in your betterment journey. I have a HUGE passion to help those, ready to do life different and healthier. I have an equally strong passion to support couples, beginning and in marriage, to create and improve communication skills, address family roles and develop healthy and effective ways to handle conflict resolution. I have also helped couples amicably create paths to divorce. My approach to mental wellness is grounded my genuine care for helping others. I strongly believe in the power of prayer, psychoeducation, and mental health awareness to foster holistic healing and well-being. By combining these elements, I aim to provide a nurturing and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, enabling you to achieve greater self-awareness and personal growth. In my practice, I utilize a diverse ranges of therapeutic modalities to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. These modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Humanistic Approach, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. For my self-care, I LOVE playing doubles tennis, playing group games (i.e. Taboo,), going to the beach, and having a good laugh. Thanks for taking the time to read my bio.
