About

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2011, my passion is working with individuals, couples, and families in helping them with their relationships. I also seek to foster a therapeutic partnership with you using both Systems and Cognitive-Behavioral theoretical approaches in therapy. I believe each of us has strengths within us and I seek to help you find ways to identify and understand what is going on in your relationships as well as help you counter, manage and cope with issues surrounding depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, PTSD, and trauma.
