About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in Mental Health. I have experience with clients of all ages and stages of life to include both children and adults. I have worked in both the school and outpatient clinic settings before beginning online counseling. I utilize a client centered approach and borrow techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as many other tried and tested therapies in order to provide the client with the approaches best suited for him/her and create the best therapeutic results possible.
