First and foremost I am a Christian. That does not mean I do not participate in evidenced based counseling, I do. It just means I am here for those with the same beliefs as well as those who do not share my beliefs. I am a professional. I am licensed in Missouri with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
