As a therapist, I am warm and compassionate and enjoy using my natural ability to see and help others develop the best in themselves. I am most helpful when my own agenda is out of the way and I follow you in your process, you are in charge of the session, not me. You pay me to not have to take care of my feelings. I welcome the opportunity for you to be in a relationship with an adult who will be honest, present, and compassionate. Through my own journey of healing, I have a deep belief that healing is possible and we all heal at our pace and in our own ways. I hold many certificates and am proficient in working with all mental health conditions as well as addiction, domestic violence, chronic illness, divorce and co-parenting.
