Hello! My name is Terra and I use they/them pronouns. I am a clinical social worker licensed in Massachusetts with over five years of experience in mental health. I have worked with adults mainly in the context of them being parents/caregivers, and so have helped people with their parenting practices and communication skills. Caregivers are whole people, so I have also helped adults around navigating their own relationships with depression, anxiety, and life changes and challenges. I also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ folks.

My therapeutic style draws from narrative practices and liberation health models that help people tell the story of the problems in their lives as well as the values they want to grow closer to. We all have things we care about deeply, and I will be so curious to find out what those things are for you! I will also welcome in our space exploring how systems of oppression and dominant views have affected your life and what your preferred response to those might be. I have a collaborative approach and will work with you to determine the focus of our work and the shape it will take.

Having a dedicated space to talk through what is on your mind, be truly heard, and reflect on what actions you would like to take can be an incredibly powerful experience. It is an honor to create that space. I look forward to working with you!
