Congratulations on taking the first step to improving your life! Reaching out for help is often overwhelming and a remarkable step to take. I love working with individuals thirteen or older that are seeking a more peaceful life! I enjoy incorporating acceptance into my work to help clients see all emotions as valuable and manageable. A few of my favorite populations to work with are teenagers, those recovering from abusive relationships, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and those struggling with life changes. I would love to work with you to help you develop personal goals and walk alongside you as you work to accomplish them.
