She also treats Veteran-related issues, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, Anger Management, Personality Disorders, Socio-economic Issues, Minority-Related Issues, Women-related Issues, and issues related to LGBTIA. Teressa is well-trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems/Family Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family, making unforgettable memories. She also likes to bake and just took up gardening.
