Congratulations on taking a step towards healing. Whether you find day to day life overwhelming or are struggling with specific issues as a result of relational or other life stressors, I am here to help guide you into living each day with power and purpose through behavioral and cognitive tools. I have over 20 years in the mental health field working with children, teens, adult individuals, military personnel, families and marriages in the private practice sector as well as public and private schools and residential programs. I am passionate about getting to the root of the problem and healing the areas of pain. I am honored to walk with you during this time of healing helping you to overcome, grow and thrive to live each day as your best self with purpose.

I am licensed in Texas and have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
