I am licensed in Kentucky with 6 years of professional work experience. I have lived in Kentucky most of my life. I grew up in Tennessee where I was born. Currently, I live with my husband, our dog, and two very temperamental cats that love to sit on our laps and sleep. I enjoy crocheting, reading and of course my favorite television shows. I also love getting to know my clients and helping them have a more meaningful life. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, anger management, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
