Hello, my name is Teresa, I am a licensed professional clinical counselor. I have worked with a variety of individuals with severe and persistent mental health issues since 2015. I have worked with individuals experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, long-term treatment, crisis counseling, career counseling, and individuals on probation. My counseling style is generally very open, I tend to have a more client-centered approach, and am willing to explore a variety of different approaches to identify what you and I find would be the most beneficial to meet your goals. I do practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy commonly within my practice.
