Hello my name is Teresa Frias and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, Texas. I have worked in a variety of setting from agency, mental health hospital and private practice. This has allowed me to build experience in different levels of acuity and need for treatment. I am a certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Counselor (TF-CBT). I am trained to provide Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI) to provide early intervention for children exposed to trauma.
